How does the protocol work?
First, you fill out our 2-minute form with your personal information and health goals. Our team then assembles your custom protocol one by one, which typically takes 12-20 hours. You'll receive a comprehensive PDF document with your personalized superfood recommendations, short daily 20-minute routine from our stretching and/or breathwork libraries, dosage instructions, timing guidance, and lifestyle suggestions tailored specifically to your needs.
How long does it take to receive my protocol after purchase?
Our team personally assembles each protocol to ensure accuracy and personalization. Delivery is usually 12-20 hours after purchase. You'll receive an email as soon as your protocol is ready to download.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, standard shipping is $4.99. If you need your order faster, express shipping is available for $14.99.
How long does shipping take?
We offer two shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage): 2-4 business days, $4.99 (free over $50)
- Express Shipping (USPS Priority): 1-2 business days, $14.99
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently only ship within the United States. We're working on expanding our shipping capabilities and hope to offer international shipping in the future.
How can I track my order?

What if my order is damaged or lost?

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

How do subscriptions work?
When you subscribe, you choose your delivery frequency (every month or every 2 months) and your products are automatically delivered on schedule. You'll receive a discount on every order, and you have complete control to pause, skip, modify, or cancel anytime through your subscription management page.
